The villa sits on the side of Montana Roja, overlooking the resort below. The villa has its own driveway, however the drive is on a lower level due to the steepness of the road. To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 130cm wide. The poolside is flat and tiled, whilst the pool itself has step access with a handrail for support. The ground floor bedrooms and shower rooms have a door width of 70cm. There are 17 steps to the first floor, the staircase is spiral. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 100cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 180cm wide.
