The front door has a width of 80cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors from the lounge. Paths from the villa to the pool area are from the lounge to the terrace then to the pool, the grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps with no handrail to enter. There are 4 steps to the pool from the villa. All the bedroom doors have a width 70cm and all the bathroom doors have a width of 70cm. Need to know During the winter period, October – April, temperatures can drop considerably especially in the evening and overnight. Heaters can be added to your booking in the extras page where available. Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd – 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings. The villa is located in a developing area, and there is a nearby property currently under construction. It is not visible from your villa, but you may see it upon arrival/departure. Our local team has been closely monitoring the works, and we’d like to reassure you that, based on recent site visits and assessments, we do not expect any significant disturbance to your holiday. While some minor, low-level background noise may be occasionally audible during daytime hours, this has been assessed as minimal and is not expected to impact the enjoyment of your stay. The villa remains fully private and all its facilities are unaffected.
