There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas, the popular marina of Puerto Calero with its fabulous choice of seafood eateries is also accessible via a taxi boat from the Old Town harbour. Seajay is built over 2 levels and offers the upstairs to the master bedroom with ensuite facilities and a private balcony offering you uninterrupted sea views. The 2 twin bedded rooms are on the ground floor and lead to the open planned living and dining areas and well equipped kitchen. Patio doors from the living area lead out towards the terracotta tiled terrace and private pool area, surrounded by a wall to you privacy around the pool area. The front door has a width of 79cm whilst other access doors have a width of 160cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is flat. The pool itself has ladder access. On entering the villa there is 4 steps down to the ground floor. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is also 70cm wide. There are 11 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door has a width of 70cm, and the bathroom door has a width of 70cm. There is one step down from the lounge to the bedrooms/bathrooms.
