To access the villa there is a path which is 240cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 74cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 150cm wide. The ground is relatively flat, with the exception of a slight incline from the main gate to the pool level. There is then 2 steps (or a ramp) to access the terrace, and a further step to the front door. There is 1 step to access the BBQ area. The terrace is tiled. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 66cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 67cm.
