The front door has a width of 80cm, and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 140cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 150cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, with 1 step getting out of the villa to the terrace. Internally there are 15 steps to access the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 75cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 65cm.
