The front door has a width of 88cm. The door to the terrace is 150cm wide, the terrace around the pool is flat and paved, surrounded by a small lawn area. There are 4 steps into the pool. The lounge/kitchen/dining area is open plan. There are no bedrooms located on the ground floor, with 2 on the first floor, and a further 1 on the second floor.
