This typical Mallorcan country home has a honey-hued stone exterior and the accommodation comprises a whitewashed fully fitted kitchen/diner, a separate dining and living room with exposed beams and pretty artwork. There are a further two modern-style bathrooms and three bedrooms with charming wooden accents – all of which have access to the garden via french-style shutter doors and come with cooling air conditioning. Filled with rustic charm, terracotta tiles and stone walls, Costa Villa is not to be missed if you're after a traditional Mallorcan getaway. There are two steps up to the front entrance. The outdoor area includes a covered terrace and a garden. Access to the covered terrace requires stepping down one step, and another step leads from the terrace to the garden. From the garden, there is one step up to the pool area. The pool itself is equipped with three Roman steps for entry. The path to the pool is 75cm wide, and the outdoor spaces include both flat and uneven areas. Other access doors to the terrace and pool are 140cm wide. Inside the villa, there are changes in height with internal steps. Although primarily a ground-floor property, there are seven steps leading to the bedrooms. The bedroom doors are 75cm wide, and the bathroom door on this level is 70cm wide. The kitchen/dining room is accessed via an 80cm-wide entrance, as is the lounge area.
