To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 16 steps. The front door has a width of 83cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 70cm wide. The terrace is open-plan with crazy paving, which can be uneven in places. There are small paths with short inclines around the terrace. The pool itself has step access. All bedrooms have a door width of 75cm. The ground floor shared bathroom door is 60cm wide. There are 14 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 120cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 160cm wide.
