Paths from the villa to the pool area are 130cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, there are 5 steps from the parking area to the pool area, 3 steps into the villa, with 5 steps from the covered terrace to the pool area. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 65cm.
