The front door has a width of 88cm wide and other doors that access the pool area are the lounge patio doors which are 90cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 110cm wide, the grounds are flat but there are two steps to get to the pool and the pool has steps to enter. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the nearest is up 16 steps to the first floor.
