To access the villa there is a 300cm wide path and 4 steps. The front door has a width of 98cm. The door to the raised terrace is 168cm wide, there are 3 steps down from the raised terrace to the pool terrace. The terrace around the pool is flat and paved, surrounded by lawn and gravel, there are 4 steps down from the pool terrace to the alfresco dining area and BBQ. There is a ladder into the pool. The door to the lounge area is 120cm wide, the door into the kitchen is 105cm wide. There is 1 bedroom located on the lower ground floor, and 2 more on the first floor.
