The lounge door is 90cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 107cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 80cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor.
