Villa Biniwood is beautiful, and gave us cosy cottage feelings, with colourful wooden window shutters and vaulted beamed ceilings. Inside, a rustic green kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. An open-plan living and dining room is minimalistic, with whitewashed walls and doors leading directly to the pool terrace. The living room sits snug under an archway, with comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV. There are three bedrooms in total, making Villa Biniwood ideal for smaller groups and families. One bedroom is a double, with patio doors to the pool terrace and an ensuite shower room, whilst the remaining two bedrooms are twin rooms. To access the villa there is a path which is 162cm wide, leading to 4 steps to the front door, the front door is 90cm wide. The lounge door is 140cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 70cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 90cm wide, there are 2 steps down to the pool area, the path to the pool is 162cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat and tiled, there is a grassed area at the front of the garden and gravelled at the rear of the property. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.
