The lounge door is 105cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 68cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 150cm wide, the path to the pool is 275cm wide, there are multiple steps on either side of the pool area leading down to the gardens, there is also a step into the outside shower. The outside grounds are flat. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 68cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 70cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
