The lounge and kitchen/dining room have wide open passageways. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 80cm wide. The grounds around the pool are flat but there is a slight slope to access the pool area. The pool has steps, there is no handrail. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom doors are both 80cm wide, the ground floor bathroom is a shower type. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor.
