Nestled amongst neighbouring villas, Vista Princesa boasts a beautiful terracotta terrace, surrounded by a volcanic stone wall and featuring multiple chillout areas. Split over three levels, the lower terrace features a refreshing pool with elegant roman steps and is surrounded by reclining sunloungers. The mid-terrace features a seating area and a brick-built BBQ, whilst the top terrace is shaded and offers alfresco dining. Head through french-style patio doors to the ground-floor kitchen area. This contemporary room is flooded with natural light and offers all the latest appliances, making your self-catering holiday as simple as possible. The ground floor is also home to two bedrooms, one double and one king-size room both with their own private ensuite. A guest toilet completes the ground floor, whilst stairs from the hallway lead to the lower ground floor. The front door has a width of 90cm whilst the door to the terrace is 140cm wide. The path to the pool area is 90cm wide and only accessible via several steps. The pool has step access. Both bedrooms on the ground floor have a door width of 70cm, whilst the ensuite bathroom door is also 70cm wide. There are 17 steps to the lower ground floor where the bedroom doors are 70cm wide and the bathroom door is also 70cm wide.
