The front door has a width of 108cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 75cm wide. The terrace is mostly flat however consists of both lawn and tiles. There is 1 step up onto the front terrace, and 1 step down onto the lawn area. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. All ground floor bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
