The villa is furnished to a high standard and offers the perfect accommodation for groups of friends, couples and families alike. On entering the villa, the ground floor offers a spacious lounge and dining area with air conditioning and a fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. Two terrace patio doors lead onto a covered terrace with barbecue, table and chairs, ideal for dining "al fresco", from which a couple of steps lead down to the pool and garden area. The pool is surrounded by a garden/lawned area and is great for cooling off from the Andalusian sunshine. The villa also has a table tennis table and pool table which further adds to your outdoor fun! Upstairs on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twin rooms which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The double and 1 of the twin rooms share a terrace with pool/garden views. From the ground floor hallway stairs lead down to a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and modern en-suite shower room. The front door and doors to terrace have a door width of 80cm. The terrace is split level with three steps to the alfresco dining area, it is tiled but uneven, the outdoors surrounding the pool is relatively flat with a lawn. The widest bedroom door is 70cm and the widest bathroom door is 60cm. There are 16 steps to the first floor.
