This stunning villa boasts an exceptional location, being in such close proximity to the town of Pollença that a car is not necessary to reach it (although it is recommended for exploring the rest of the island). The interior of the house exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, spread across two floors. The ground floor features a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a television. Adjacent to the living room is a double bedroom with a 1.5m bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. Additionally, there is a separate dining area adorned with a large table and chairs, creating a beautifully decorated and pleasant space. On the first floor, you will find the remaining two bedrooms. One of them is a double bedroom with a king-size bed, while the other is a double bedroom with two single beds. There is also another fully equipped bathroom on this floor, complete with a bath and a shower. All of the rooms are air-conditioned, with the air conditioner programmed to operate for a 12-hour period to enhance energy efficiency. Outside, steps lead down to the swimming pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers, providing an ideal setting for swimming and basking in the sun. Just in front of the pool, there is a covered barbecue area with a sink, a small fridge for drinks, a dining table, and chairs. This area is perfect for enjoying summer meals with loved ones. Due to the house's location on the slope of a small hill, there is no garden. However, the pool area is adorned with beautiful shrubs and plants that are meticulously maintained. Pollenca (Pollensa) is a scenic old town in the North of Mallorca. It’s an authentic honey stoned Mallorcan town which oozes charm. One of our favourite things to do is just to amble around the cobbled streets, stopping off at excellent cafes, restaurants and shops to while away the day. However it is also worth exploring a little more to discover the gems in the surrounding area. Internally there are 2 steps into the house, 3 steps from the ground floor to the dining area, 1 step up from the ground floor to a bedroom, 1 step down into the bathroom from the ground floor, 2 steps from the dining area to the utility area, and 1 step down from the dining area into the kitchen. There are also 14 steps leading to the first floor, All the bedrooms have a door width of 75cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
