To access the villa there is a path which is 116cm wide alongside 25 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. The terrace is flat, however there is 1 step over the patio doors. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground-floor property. The ground floor bedroom, which is the first on your right, has a door width of 80cm. However, the widest ensuite door is 70cm wide and this is in the other bedroom (door width only 68cm).
