The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The carparking area consists of gravel. The poolside is open-plan and flat. The pool itself has step access. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst all bathrooms also have a door width of 70cm. There are 20 steps to the first floor.
