To access the villa there is a path which is 91cm wide and a ramp leading to the front door, the front door is 128cm wide. The lounge door is 128cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 193cm wide, the living area is open plan, there is a guest WC on the ground floor. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 78cm wide, there are 2 steps down from the door to the pool/terrace area, there is a step up from the pool area to the wooden decking where there are sun loungers. To access the the alfresco dining area there is a ramp which is 140cm wide, this leads to 3 steps to the the barbecue area. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, even and a combination of tiled and wooden decking, there are mature gardens surrounding the pool/terrace area. The pool has steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
