The front door has a width of 110cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 102cm wide. The pool area is flat, tiled, with a small area of artificial grass. The pool itself has step access. The ground-floor bedroom has a door width of 94cm and the shower room, which is specially designed for wheelchair access, has a door width of 90cm. There are 18 steps to the first floor where the double bedroom and bathroom have a door width of 70cm.
