This means if your clients' airline cancels their flight or official FCDO advice changes to advise against travel to their destination, your clients will receive a full refund in line with ATOL regulations - giving them clear, built-in reassurance from the moment they book.🏡Fair flexibility for villa-only bookingsIf official FCDO advice changes to advise against travel to your clients' destination, or the airline cancels their flights, we'll waive our standard admin fee to amend your clients' villa-only booking. They'll only pay any difference in holiday price if dates or their villa changes.💷No surprise flight chargesFor bookings arriving in 2026, the price you're quoted for flight packages is the price your clients will pay. We won't pass on additional fuel surcharges after your clients have booked - any airline cost changes are handled by us. FAQs What classes as a 'package'? A flight package is when you book your clients' villa and flights together with Solmar in one booking. This means your clients' holiday is covered by full ATOL protection, giving them added reassurance and clear financial protection from the moment they book. How do I book a package holiday with Solmar? You can book your clients' villa and flights package holiday by calling our friendly Sales Team, flying with either EasyJet or Jet2. Can I add flights on later and will it still be classed as a package? Yes! If you book your clients' villa first and they decide to book flights through us at a later date, this will still be classed as a package holiday and you will be covered under ATOL protection. What protection does having a package booking give my cients? A package booking is protected under our ATOL license. If your clients' flights get cancelled by your airline and if they can no longer travel to your chosen destination due to FCDO advice, they will receive a full refund. What if my clients book a villa only? If your clients are booking a villa on its own, they still benefit from our fair, guest‑first approach. If official FCDO advice changes to advise against travel to their destination, or their airline cancels their flights, we’ll waive our standard £150 admin fee to amend their booking. They will only pay any difference in the holiday price if dates or prices change. Do my clients need to add anything to get the Book with Confidence Promise? No. Our Book with Confidence Promise is automatically included when your clients book with Solmar - there’s nothing extra to add. Is this the same as travel insurance? No - travel insurance is still important and something we always recommend. Our Book with Confidence Promise explains how Solmar will support your clients directly and what protections are included when they book with us. It works alongside travel insurance, not instead of it. Will my clients ever be charged extra for fuel or airline cost changes? No. For flight packages booked with Solmar arriving in 2026, the price you’re quoted is the price your clients pay. We won’t pass on additional fuel surcharges after they've booked. Who supports my clients if they're away and need help? We will contact all affected bookings in arrival date order, so there's nothing your clients need to do. What if my clients want to change or cancel their booking but there is no FCDO advise against travel to their destination or their flight hasn't been cancelled? Your clients can still amend or cancel their booking anytime under our normal Booking Terms and Conditions.
