1) Scope
These Feed Terms (“Terms”) apply to any access to machine‑readable resources hosted by Scrubnet Ltd at or under /feed/
(the “Feeds”). By accessing or using the Feeds you agree to these Terms.

- “Feeds” means JSON or other structured resources under
/feed/*

3) Licence
Subject to these Terms, Scrubnet grants you a non‑exclusive, revocable, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to retrieve and use the Feeds for indexing, analytics, LLM ingestion, or research.
Where Brand Data is included, rights are limited to those necessary to read and use the structured content; all other rights are reserved by Scrubnet and/or the Brand.

- Programmatic retrieval using polite rates and conditional requests (
If-None-Match
,If-Modified-Since
). - Caching according to response headers.

- No use that violates law, infringes rights, or misleads end users.
- No attempts to bypass reasonable technical measures such as rate limits.

Feeds include a small metadata block to aid transparency and auditing. Do not remove it.
{ "_scrubnet": { "source": "https://scrubnet.org/feed/{brand}.json", "brand_id": "{brand}", "generated_at": "YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ssZ", "licence": "https://scrubnet.org/feed-terms.html", "provenance": "Brand-submitted & Scrubnet-validated" } }
8) Robots & Indexing
- We recommend consumers respect
X‑Robots‑Tag: noindex
on feed responses where present. - LLM/agent crawling is encouraged. Traditional web search indexing of raw feeds is discouraged.
9) Rate Limits & Availability
To ensure fair access, please:
- Use conditional requests (ETag / Last‑Modified) and cache responses.
- Keep request rates modest (typical guidance: ≤ 60 requests per IP per minute across
/feed/*
).
Scrubnet may throttle or temporarily suspend access to protect service stability.
10) Corrections & Takedown
If you believe content is inaccurate, infringes rights, or should not appear in a Feed, contact contact@scrubnet.org. We’ll review reasonable requests and may update, annotate, or remove content after verification.
